These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, procedures, and service policies for using BPResearch Nexus website and services. By accessing our website or availing our services, you agree to follow the terms mentioned below.
The terms stated here are subject to the type of service, scope of work, research requirements, and nature of the assigned project.
BPResearch Nexus provides academic research support, writing assistance, publication guidance, proofreading, editing, and related research services based on the requirements shared by the scholar/client.
We provide support for each writing module as per the agreed scope of work. After three successful deliveries, including one initial draft and two updates/revisions, any further modification may be chargeable depending on the nature and extent of the requested changes.
For research papers, reasonable modification support may be provided until journal acceptance, subject to the agreed service scope and journal requirements.
The scholar/client must share all requirements, instructions, corrections, and modification requests through email or written communication.
If instructions are discussed verbally, the client must approve the documented requirements shared by our team through email or written confirmation before work begins.
BPResearch Nexus will not be responsible for errors, delays, or mismatches caused by unclear, incomplete, or late instructions.
The initiation of any module or service is subject to advance payment. Work will begin only after payment confirmation or as mutually agreed.
Full payment for completed or delivered modules must be made as per the agreed payment plan.
During the project, charges may be revised if there is an increase in page count, word count, complexity, additional requirements, urgent timelines, tool usage, or extra effort beyond the original scope.
BPResearch Nexus does not provide laboratory, clinical, field, or experimental results. The scholar/client must provide their own lab data, experimental findings, survey responses, datasets, or required research inputs.
Online academic resources, references, databases, and content assistance may be used to support the completion of the assigned work.
Our services are intended for academic guidance, research assistance, editing, writing support, and publication preparation. The final use, submission, representation, approval, and academic responsibility remain with the scholar/client.
BPResearch Nexus is not responsible for specific presentation concerns, institutional decisions, supervisor feedback, journal rejection, publication delays, or academic outcomes.
Charges for analysis, implementation, statistical work, software-based work, or database-related modules may vary depending on the size of the dataset, complexity of tools, number of methods used, and time required.
If more than one tool, method, or software is required, individual charges may apply accordingly.
Certain project modules may be connected to each other, such as analysis, implementation, interpretation, final writing, and final windup.
If changes are made in a previous module and those changes affect completed or pending modules, the cost and timeline may be revised based on the updated requirements.
By responding to a quotation, payment plan, or service confirmation, it is understood that the scholar/client has reviewed and agreed to the service process, terms, and policies of BPResearch Nexus.
The quotation remains valid for one month from the date of issue. If advance payment is not made within this period, the quotation will expire, and the deal will be considered null and void.
If the work is not initiated within six months from the date of agreement, the paid or frozen amount will become non-refundable and non-adjustable against any other service.
If more than twelve months pass between the completion of one module and the start of the next module, the agreement will be considered expired.
BPResearch Nexus will not be liable for any dispute, conflict, or claim arising from cash payments. Clients are advised to use official and trackable payment methods wherever possible.
All prices shared by BPResearch Nexus are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges, including 18% GST, unless mentioned otherwise.
BPResearch Nexus reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users and clients are encouraged to review this page periodically for the latest updates.
